Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 9 July 2026

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. It explains permitted and prohibited uses of IPTV Spree and iptvspree.com.

1. Player only — no content provided

IPTV Spree is a technical tool for playing streams from sources you provide. We do not authorise, supply, or endorse any channel list, pirate service, or infringing content. Marketing screenshots and UI examples may show placeholder names for illustration only.

2. You must use lawful sources

You may only add playlists or logins that you are legally entitled to use — for example, subscriptions from legitimate providers, free-to-air services where permitted, or your own hosted content. You must not use IPTV Spree to access copyright-infringing streams, circumvention devices, or stolen credentials.

3. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to violate intellectual property rights
  • Share, resell, or publicly redistribute access to our app or cloud pairing in a way that breaches these Terms
  • Attempt to hack, probe, scrape, or overload our servers or other users’ devices
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app except where law expressly allows
  • Submit malware links, phishing playlists, or harmful URLs
  • Circumvent trial, licence, or payment controls
  • Impersonate IPTV Spree, Samsung, or any third party
  • Use automated tools to create fraudulent devices or accounts

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected abuse. We may suspend or terminate devices, remove stored playlists, refuse new pairings, or cooperate with rights holders and law enforcement where appropriate. We are not obligated to monitor all user content but may act on credible reports or technical indicators of abuse.

5. Reporting abuse

To report misuse of our service or intellectual property concerns, email abuse@iptvspree.com with relevant details (URLs, device ID if known, and description).

6. No liability for user content

We do not control third-party streams. We are not responsible for content played through the app, provider outages, or actions taken by third-party IPTV services.
