Terms of Service
1. The service
IPTV Spree provides software that lets you load and play IPTV playlists (M3U) or Xtream Codes sources on supported Samsung Smart TVs, optional cloud pairing from a mobile device, and device-based subscription management through iptvspree.com.
We do not supply channels, films, series, sports, or any media content. All content comes from third-party sources you configure.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for compliance with local laws regarding streaming and copyright.
3. Your account and device
- Each Samsung TV is identified by a device ID (DUID).
- Subscriptions and trials apply per registered TV device unless we state otherwise.
- You are responsible for activity on devices you register and for keeping pairing links private.
4. Playlists and third-party services
You represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal right to access any playlist, URL, or Xtream credentials you submit;
- Your use does not infringe copyright, broadcaster rights, or applicable law;
- You will not use IPTV Spree to access pirated, stolen, or unauthorised content.
We are not a party to your relationship with any IPTV provider. Availability, quality, and legality of streams are your responsibility.
5. Free trial and subscriptions
We may offer a time-limited free trial per device. After the trial, continued use of cloud pairing and licensed features requires a paid subscription (monthly or yearly) unless we enable another arrangement.
Prices are shown on iptvspree.com and may change for new purchases with reasonable notice. Payments are processed by Stripe on our website — not through Samsung Checkout.
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for billing details.
6. Acceptable use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, fraud, or unlawful activity.
7. Intellectual property
IPTV Spree software, branding, and website content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, lawful purposes. You do not acquire ownership of the software.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted playback, EPG accuracy, or compatibility with every playlist or provider.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPTV Spree and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or £50 if you paid nothing.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your playlists, your content access, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
11. Third-party platforms
The app is distributed for Samsung Smart TVs. Samsung is not responsible for iptvspree.com, your playlists, or our subscription billing. Your use of Samsung devices is also subject to Samsung’s terms and policies.
12. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment, abuse, or legal requirements. Provisions that by nature should survive (liability limits, indemnity, governing law) will survive termination.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country give you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
